Polly Keep Acupuncture in clinic as an acupunturist

Welcome to Polly Keep Acupuncture

Acupuncture clinic in Betws y Coed and Llangefni.

Polly Keep is a Western Medical Acupuncturist based in North West Wales. See clinic locations.

Western Medical Acupuncture uses fine sterile needles inserted through the skin to create response from the muscles and nervous system. It is different from Traditional Chinese Acupuncture, but there are many techniques and points used in common. Read more here.

Details of your treatments such as the number of needles used, the length of time they're kept in position and the points chosen will vary depending on your needs. Sometimes manual or low voltage electrical stimulation is applied too.

While some people will respond quickly after a single session, we may discuss having weekly or fortnightly sessions initially, aiming to make the intervals longer between treatments thereafter. While it may take a few sessions for your symptoms to change markedly, most patients find they will have an instinctive feeling after the first or second treatment if it is the right thing for them.

I hope you find the information you’re looking for on these pages, but please feel free to message me if you have any questions I can help with” Polly Keep
